Pros

You feel being an Infoscion even after you leave Infosys. You become part of a family without knowing it. This company will always remain close to my heart. Best in terms of the technologies and guidance that you get. I was lucky enough to work with some of the best minds in the technology industry. Training at Mysore was the best part of being in Infosys. PERIOD. Pay and Perks are Industry standard for a service level IT company. Cannot complain considering the number of people in the company.

Kontras

ZERO access to higher management (READ GPM/DM). Some of them act like goons at times and are really not bothered about the people under them. It is always about money and more money. ZERO planning while posting employees at onsite, even if they know your project is coming to an end on a specific date. They make you wait in the dark for another 3 weeks before deciding on anything - and might even ask you to go back to India in 2 days time. Work Life balance at ONSITE is a JOKE.

2 at-home days per week

Kontras

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
