Pros

Transparency in communication is at it's best at Infy. Plus you can easily ask any questions you want to any level of leadership, an open door policy. Great access to all the tools you will ever need to do your work.

Kontras

No longer has the small company feeling. Not a great pay master. And not so easy to alter career path if needed.
