Hello. May I please ask you to contact me directly regarding the comments here? Our Employee Guidelines state that, “Conduct that is dishonest, unethical, illegal or unsafe is not tolerated at Informatica.” but it seems that in this situation, you feel that has not happened. I have no knowledge of the situation you refer to and any ethical violation would normally be shared with me; but when you say you copied upper management, I would like to understand who you refer to and what exactly happened. Without more information, it is difficult for me to respond in greater detail, but as someone who has enjoyed a long career with Informatica, I feel that this may mis-represent the company and the values we hold as important.
