Now that McGee is gone maybe the company will return to treating the sales organization like they have value. Charles Race is a good guy and will add value

Very weak sales management. Quick to blame employees not the lack of innovation over the last few years. No real process just tons of reporting which sales management only uses to bash employees with not to help improve the sales process

Thank you for your feedback and your 3 years of service to the company. Yes, we agree that Charles Race is a good guy and he is already changing the sales culture at Informatica. We have seen a resurgence in the energy of the entire sales organization and innovative new strategies are being adopted to tighten our focus on customer solutions. We continue to see an influx of former Informatica sales folks coming back to work with us as they see the massive opportunity we have over the next 5-10 years.
