Room to work closely with colleagues. Solid product-market fit. Hybrid working environment. Lots of sales enablement material. Increased investment into product/campaign/operational support this year.

Increased micromanagement this year. Often hard to prove success of campaigns, but that's an issue across the entire industry. 9 hour work days are pretty common. Not an issue for sales reps, but campaign managers often seem overloaded. No clear career path, quite vague.
