They do not pay out PTO. Supervisor blew off 1-on-1s for months, so no feedback until I was put on a PIP. Upper management is overstretched and terrified of admitting shortcomings or failures and instead point fingers at mid managers and lower for not finding miraculous success with half-baked plans and 0 funding.
