Pros

Nice people, nice partners, Nice benefits. However, some sales management seem to dislike the partner model. Would rather have direct sales force. Other managers want to grow partner numbers.very difficult for employees who work with partners. Partners can see this.

Attitude toward partners. Does management like or dislike partners? Makes for confusion in our dealings with them. Also, where is Infor going? What do they want to be?
