If you can convince a referral to join the company you get a solid bonus. "Unlimited PTO" can actually be pretty good, depending on your manager.
Kontras
Brain drain, most of the smart people who are good at their jobs have left. New CEO is too cheap to pay for basic software and tools, leaving IT to spend months and months migrating everyone to new tools that do not do what we need. Pay is below average for the industry. Look at levels.fyi to see how underpaid you will be here. Little to no time/effort put into training employees. Higher ups are scared that if they make their employees better that they will leave. This creates a problem because now you are stuck with the people who are not good.
