As any other young company who grew with enormous speed, we had a lot of young people taking responsible roles such as management roles. We don't believe it is a bad thing, since we encourage growth of our employees and the style of "learning by doing". Of course, we recognized that those people who come to such roles need training and therefore have already started several projects such us forming special department handling education and training and investing in Leadership and Soft Skills educations.
