Pros

One can learn a lot about telecommunications and, depending on your function, about sales and negotiations. There are also great networking opportunities.

Kontras

Toxic management. The CTO is generally a good guy and technical roles reporting to him have it good, but commercial/business roles reporting to the CEO and COO in particular aren't something I would recommend.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear how you feel about some of our managers. We are proud of the culture we built and we give everyone a chance to learn, make mistakes, try new things, and grow on a professional level. We invest a lot into our employees and provide educational opportunities at all company levels - currently, we are implementing training sessions for middle managers in all Infobip offices. We wish you all the best in your future career journey.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your positive remark on our our company culture. We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Thanks again for being part of Infobip and for helping us grow stronger together.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Kontras

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
