      Good culture and work life balance. People are welcoming and very approachable. There is opportunity to grow in your role if you bring results.

      Nothing specific but more interdepartmental activities would help in getting to know other teams.

      Thank you for your feedback. We agree it's important to mix with and know your co-workers, we will try to implement more company wide activities on top of existing pizza days and summer parties. We have quarterly townhalls onsite to inform everyone about projects and client updates, but we will try to make this more frequent.

      Pros

      There are no pros, they sell a culture that doesn’t exist.

      Kontras

      No company culture. Management has abusive and bully behaviour. The company has no structure, they make you work extra hours at no extra pay. You can’t take your full holidays, you are only allowed to take 12 days, so if you are from another country, they don’t care, the CEO will say it was your choice to live in a different country. They don’t invest in the employees, they hire a lot of people that needs visa because they know no one will last so long there because it is horrible, they treat even clients badly, they shout at people, do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.
