Management even upper level is amazing, the benefits are good, and the workplace is really cool. Everyone was super helpful when just starting and got me up to speed quickly.

Their training system is poor. I got up to speed quickly but their actual designed training is not good. they do a 30,60,90 review period and for my first thirty days I barely did anything. My first week I even just read a manual that was unintelligible to me. Most of my work days until I got busy were filled with nothing to do. Also starting out well below median salary and there isn't a lot of room for growth.
