Pros
Eighteen years in as a software developer, I can say without reservation that Infinity (ISD) is the best place I've ever worked. If a once in a lifetime career opportunity hadn't arisen, I would still be there; probably forever. Leaving that last day hurt as though I was leaving my family. Some of the bulletpoint pros are: -Great office -Good salary -Great benefits -Management sincerely cares about the workers -Quarterly meetings where we discussed the direction of the business and could ask _any_ questions or raise any topic. -Financially sound firm -Smart business guys doing the business-ing -Great development methodology -The business process analysts are jaw-droppingly good. Their work makes the programmers' jobs way easier. -Stable, steady work -They literally _will_ _not_ let you work crazy amounts of hours. They mean it when they stress a healthy life/work balance -The culture is accepting of, and comfortable for workers of all ages, from newly minted devs to crusty old guys who cut their teeth on mainframes.
Kontras
There really aren't any. It's a job, so there will be some tedious bits and some hard work as there are on any job, but that's why they are paying you money, right?
