No consideration or valuation of the employees until they actually inform they are leaving. No visibility at all. There are no leaders, only bosses with main focus in controlling instead of actually lead teams and persons to a better status. Payroll not declared for tax fully. They use too much "tricks" to circumvent taxes which in the end impacts on the employees total income and benefits for retirement.
