There is no loyalty to the workers who helped built the company. Some managers prioritize personal relationships over professionalism, leaving no room for career growth. The company frequently makes empty promises and fires employees arbitrarily, often based on baseless rumors spread by favored colleagues. It's a highly cliquish environment where dissenters are quickly ousted, regardless of their tenure or work ethic. Even if you're ill, they expect you to work from home, prioritizing their profits over your health. When they claim to value your contributions and express gratitude, it rarely translates into meaningful raises.
