There's a long list of cons. 1- Favouritism People who don't bother much about their own integrity are the ones who are the most benefitted here and they are the most preferred here. 2- No acknowledgements This company rules on Hire and fire. Some people might contradict that few people deserve to get fired because of their performance. In Indium they will throw you out even you work hard!! To prove my point I would like to mention the episode where an employee serving in this from the past five years got fired in just a single day without any notice period (reason being he was seeking a job change and had expressed that he wants to leave the company after serving his notice period). The manager behind this got fired after a few months (Karma!). 3. Thugging They have a testing training institute in which a person can enroll himself after paying 25k. After the completion of training, they are placed in projects with a meagre pay of 5k with a bond for 2 years! 4- No corporate ethics 5- No decent increment 6- No proper leadership (That includes the CEO!)
