not too many cons in my opinion

A chaotic work environment with a significant lack of structure. There’s changing priorities on a daily basis and zero to no guidance from upper management. I learned how to navigate manual processes with a lack of systems. Most management was promoted within so there’s no sense of mentorship. When you get hired they sell a family culture only to stab you in the back if you’re not a robot who does what it’s programmed to do. The hardest part of the job is the lack of systems, procedures, training, and leadership. The best part of the job is the underwhelming performance expectation.
