In response to the latest review, no, there are NOT only 5 family members at IPA. This person is married to that person whose sister also works there whose husband works there whose cousin works there...you get the point. Someone is married to someone there. I learned the hard way that you should keep your mouth shut unless you are spoken to. Be careful who you do talk to. Word gets spread very fast and if it gets into the wrong hands, do not expect HR or management to go easy on you -- UNLESS you are "family". Even if you are a mediocre employee (as some of the family members are), you would still get the same bonus as a hard-working one.
