      The manager respects and protects his workers. Independence. Company vehicle. 4 stop per day on average when they're fully staffed.

      Kontras

      Salary, so negotiate on the high side because you'll be on-call. They cover a huge area and they have a large patient population so on-call can really suck but you're compensated for your extra stops. Be prepared to be called out at all hours of the night. They carry alot of equipment so there's a large learning curve.

      Pros

      I'm very proud to be part of the Independence Plus team. If you want to make a difference in the lives of people with complex medical needs, this is a wonderful place to do it. Very supportive workplace with a patient-first mentality.

      Leftover pizza from meals left over from vendor lunches.

      No room for growth and a feeling of you’re doing them a huge favor for working a low salary position

      We are certain this review was not meant for our company, as we do not have "vendor lunches" with pizza, and we have one full-time recruiter who has assured us that he is happy with his position and did not write this review.
