If you enjoy a work atmosphere that promotes back stabbing your co-workers, go for it. If you enjoy being scolded, have at it. If you enjoy being called a liar, you'll get that too. And if you enjoy being manipulated, you found your new place of employment!

Upper management, one person in particular, is a MICROMANAGER, to the point that your hands are tied behind your back. It's unfortunate that this person breeds a toxic work environment, because this person could have more productive employees if this person respected their employees.
