I was hired into the company with some experience in digital marketing. I worked in 3 other companies before IS and completed multiple freelancing projects. As far as organic growth is concerned, there is always a feeling of uncertainty and “the best practices” change a lot. This can lead to tremendous instability within the team and strategy changes that are hard to implement. IS brings in incredibly knowledgeable consultants to deal with these situations and keep us on the right track. The consultants not only offer advice to upper management, but also inspire other members of the team to perform better – myself included. I feel lucky to have met some of the biggest names in the industry and grow professionally. The work environment is (mostly) great, you are surrounded by people who truly love what they do and want to perform better every day.

No work place is perfect and there are a few things that really bum me out. As I said, most people are very diligent and hard-working, but I feel that some don’t really belong here. They’re demotivated and unproductive, and I feel like management can’t seem to decide what to do with them.
