If you want a company that you can grow with, then this is the place. I started out as an assistant in the client communications department and now am part of the lead management team. The owners have been kind to me and my family and have kept their values in check while growing a wonderful company. They operate based on their core values including hiring and terminating based on those values. Rare in this age. Great work environment for people with great ideas, creative ingenuity, and a good work ethic.

Not a job if you're a clock puncher just looking to collect a paycheck. Not a job if you don't want to be held accountable for your actions or your productivity. As a fast growing company there have been growing pains at times. Profitability is a core value here so if what you're doing cannot be measured then be prepared to change your job description or your place of employment. Not sure that is a "con" but it's something potential employees should be aware of.
