- Friendly working environment, everyone pulls together. - Small team means I have much more sense of ownership of work and grow with the company. Really rewarding. - Management are caring and listen to any issues or concerns. - Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and projects, gained lots of experience quickly. - Feel valued. Ideas and suggestions are listened to and often implemented where suitable.

- Can be super fast paced during busy periods. With lots of travelling (pre-covid). Not a con of the company more a con of the industry, might not be for everyone.

Small efficient team focussed on producing the highest quality content. With an interesting list of clients had the opportunity to work a vast range of projects from making a documentary over a year, to live streaming a project with George Clooney and everything in between. Great employer in terms of flexible working. Lots of opportunities for career growth and training/learning on the job.

Few cons, was a great place for me to build the foundations of my career. The small team may not suit everyone.
