It's selling cars; Long hours. Poor poor pay plan if you can't sell cars, seriously car sales is not for you! Some bonuses may be based upon a non-right to reply customer feedback survey. Part of the car prep system may mean that absolute idiots get involved; their low standards will be your fault and again could impact your pay. In my opinion as long as you sell cars, look after your customers and treat colleagues reasonably its a great place.
