Pay is ok and hours are there if you want them

There is no incentive, very poor management, you only get progressed if your face fits it is done by who is favourite not by who is best for the job, no courses offered to further your career, management dont listen to you and there is no one to put your complaints across to one of the worse companies I have worked for I loved my job before these guys took over now I am looking to get out asap.
