HRs don't know anything. They'll do what managers are asked to. No strong management in HR side. Even in project, High experience profile are not having any flexibility to adopt to the new technology. For the cloud technology, they'll make you to implement 10 yrs old methodology. Here also there weak to none leadership. ( all relevant to wealth management domain)
