Its a startup, without money crunch Regular Town Halls are the best as it provides platform for the employees to open up and speak their heart out in front of higher Management.

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.
