Some of the best colleagues I have worked with.

Management operated in grey areas. They do not provide pay slips, TDS is deducted by not credited on time. I left the company after non-payment of three months of salary and I have no hope of receiving it either. On leaving the company critical documents like release letter and experience letter not provided.

This is a family run business - Founder, Cofounder and CHO are all related.

Kontras

Salaries are delayed by 3-6 months. If you quit you forgo the salary and experience letter. A lot of mismanagement and toxic work culture.
