-Very low Pay, no stock options

-Dev team is 95% contractors overseas who don't care about the architectural design and implement subpar code, which leads to major performance issues
-There's 5 staging environments, half of which are broken & are constantly overwriting each other
-Lack of trust in their FTE base (everything is gated - tech team doesn't have access to tools to do their basic job)
-Zero organization (teams do not communicate with each other/decisions do not consider the downstream impact)
-Very meeting heavy & rely too heavily on Slack
-Not a mission driven company/not customer focused
-Terrible leadership
-Promotions are more of a popularity contest, not performance based
-Non-collaborative work environment, innovative ideas are not encouraged, leadership is stuck in their ways
-Weak strategy and product positioning that changes year to year
-The company is not profitable (not signing deals, cutting millions in budget)
