Difficult personality in leadership and bad turnover - Anonymous- Salaried Staff bei InHouse Hospice: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Currently work here..Leadership has an individual that is difficult to work with. She tends to brush off employee concerns and puts people on blast in team meetings without speaking privately with employees about any concerns. Even the kindest and hardest working people have been victim to this. The gossip mentality with leadership is bad as well. Leaderships always speaks poorly about staff and it always seems to get leaked back to us. There isn’t room for growth here either. Getting a raise of any kind is like pulling teeth. They also are quick to fire staff. If you don’t get fired, you’ll quit eventually. All of my coworkers are gone now and I miss them.
