None! I've had a wonderful experience.

I've worked for a number of small companies, and this is easily the best experience I've had. I enjoy the work and I feel like I get the support I need from my boss and management without being micromanaged. I love the flexibility and the fact that my time outside the office is respected.

Small companies mean a lot of responsibility, sometimes the workload is a lot.
