Pros
The flexible schedule and ability to work from home (at least in my position) is a rarity and a must-have for me. I've felt valued by my immediate supervisors—who have been efficient, knowledgeable, and employee-focused—and I've never had to seek out upper management in an attempt to get something done. While I've had difficult clients, that can hardly be avoided in our business, and I have always been defended rather than blamed for issues regarding client satisfaction when they haven't arisen from legitimate circumstances. I'm allowed room for creativity in my work, and going above and beyond the call of duty is acknowledged and appreciated. Pay is similar to what you might expect for remote work in education.
