This is a very well-run SME, with an excellent CEO who has a clear vision. Engineering team is top-notch, and ideas are encouraged and celebrated. The company is on an excellent growth trajectory; I hope to be here a very long time. Having worked for other startups, I've seen the problems that can come with poor leadership or a lack of technical understanding at the CEO level. This place does things right, and for the right reasons.

Honestly, can't think of any cons.

Fast pace, exciting work, diverse clients, excellent management, neat projects, some time spent "in the field".

Being a small company means the work can be fast-paced and stressful, because there is a lot to do, but that makes it a wonderful place to hone skills!
