Horrible Management - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician bei InBloom Autism Services: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very low pay, extremely inconsistent hours. Not conducive to people with children. I was an RBT and got pregnant and they wanted to make me submit 1 whole day of PTO for the 2 hours I would be out for a doctors appointment. They gave us less than 2 weeks of vacation a year… They have no maternity leave, they only would let me take 6 weeks off with no pay. They weren’t accommodating about anything. It was horrible. Even the lunch was unpaid.
