Required to come in 20 min early every day unpaid to clean (this is 10 hours of unpaid work a month). Required to make lesson plans for LRP again without pay. Worked 4 hour sessions daily with one client is a recipe for burnout. Working through lunch unable to drink or eat properly, almost passed out from dehydration one day.
