Every company like this one will experience some growing challenges as they go from a small one-off business to a company that reaches far beyond the original location, but InBloom has done a great job of identifying these challenges, openly addressing them, and creating opportunities for the employees to provide feedback to continue to improve the culture of the company along the way. With a company that is always focused on growing and expanding, opportunities to grow within the company come with that territory.
