      In Touch Networks is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, I joined 2 months ago and have never looked back. The structure of the company completely support your development into any of the advertised roles. With great training and fantastic career prospects. The most helpful team around you and amazing leadership driving the company in the right direction.

      Pros

      In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

      Kontras

      Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.
