Pros
Nice building to work in. Good location near downtown Fort Collins. Otherwise there's not much to recommend. It's really gone downhill the past 2 years.

The company used to have a strong management team. Unfortunately, the owner is clinically insane and systematically drove out the entire team. The last executive that had a clue was drummed out earlier in the year and now it's the blind leading the blind. The CEO is a textbook example of the Peter Principle. He has no idea what he's doing but doesn't realize it. The company has gone through countless sales managers and over the past few years attrition has been over 50%. It's sad because it used to be a good company to work for but there's nothing left of the old company and nothing to recommend of the new company.
