(COVID or BCBA's leaving the company is often used as a reason to increase the billable requirement) - Large caseloads ranging from 22-26 clients, unmanageable workload. - Lack of support from upper management, will listen to employees needs but will not act on them. - You are required to do much more than what your job description entails - Pay is low compared to other ABA companies - Environment is very "cliquey"

Kontras

Scheduling changes can occasionally be challenging. Drive time between clients can add up depending on your assigned area.
