Good group of colleagues who hold the place together

Lack of flexibility, particularly when it comes to childcare, old school rules that change as and when appropriate for management, poor management, micromanaged, strict eating times, don't stick to promises, poor working tools, lack of support in lifetime event including sickness/heath i.e cancer etc, no quality checks. Extremely high staff turnover and unhappy staff. If not for good colleagues in the same boat, this would be higher. If you not prepared to brown management, you're just a number
