Great location, Some great people, good compensation. Sick days and health benefits good.

They Let go core people that gave that extra mile,. Over a number of years way to many unproductive processes , left people stressed, and no life/work balance. Kept people who took a lot of time off/sick often. Still small company, You wore too many hats and too many responsibilities., not enough hours in the day. Promoted people who should not have been promoted.
