Low pay. Leave exhausted. No samples. Corporate and lame. Unorganized. Tons of failed crops. Not what you think... You don't learn to grow weed you're basically a plant janitor who occasionally clips plants. 90% of the work is sweeping, mopping, scrubbing tables. There's no culture, little room for advancement and even then the hourly is maybe a few dollars more. How they managed to make this industry lame is beyond me but they have done it. Lack of job security, company gets bought out you get laid off. Not federally legal which makes you subject for arrest. Could become illegal at any time. In grown is barely making a profit I'd be surprised if they're still standing in the next 10 years. Tons of surveillance, can't smoke on premise. Industry hasn't been established yet, so policy changes every 20 minutes. High turn over rate in the industry. 55% will leave within 1 year. Also no guarantee on what those lights will do to your health long term.

Where do I start? If I could give this place No stars, I would. The entire company is circus. The blind are leading the blind. The few folks that actually know what they are doing either don’t care (because they know they’re working at possibly the worst Cannabis company in Illinois) or have their hands tied by the people that dont know what they’re doing. Its really a complete mess. from C-Suite down to hourly employees. No one knows what they’re doing. Also, the lack of diversity is laughable. The Black man that they parade on their website was fired over a year ago and they do not honor their commitments as promoted. This place has no culture or values. No standard training. They need to clean house and try again.
