Literally everything, the owner thinks he knows everything so he is ever against receiving any personal or business advice despite the fact that he hires people for that advice. He thinks he is always right. He is scared to say anything to your face. Doesn’t like anyone who speaks up. Is willing to bring you down to being himself up. Will never be successful outside of restauranteering despite whatever he thinks. If you’re the owner and you’re reading this just know you will never learn anything in this life if you fire people who are willing to speak up against you. Stop comparing people to the 14 year old children you hire to do work out of necessity.
