Pros

Ambient is Good Infrastructure is little good Friendly manner a little bit Proper time management Provides safety lockers

Kontras

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the unfair and unethical practices followed by the organization. Employees are subjected to excessive work pressure without receiving proper recognition or appreciation for their efforts. The company frequently changes its rules and regulations according to its own convenience, often without prior notice or transparency. Despite employees working in shifts, no shift allowance is provided. There are serious concerns regarding the unauthorized use and sharing of customers' data with external sources for the company's financial benefit, which raises significant ethical and legal issues. Employees are also expected to perform additional duties beyond their assigned responsibilities without appropriate compensation. The organization does not provide leave for government holidays and has failed to issue a proper employment offer letter, instead sending only an email. Furthermore, the company name mentioned during employment differs from the company for which employees are actually required to work, creating confusion and raising concerns about the legitimacy and transparency of the employment arrangement.

Pros

Writing this to meet the minimum word requirement.

Kontras

Limited opportunities to work on actual development projects aligned with technical roles Work often leans more towards support, sales, or service-based tasks rather than core IT development Heavy reliance on externally sourced or rebranded solutions instead of in-house product development Minimal learning curve for those looking to build strong technical skills Compensation is below market standards with limited growth Concerns around consistency and structure in processes Hiring expectations and actual job responsibilities may not always align
