I have 14 years of experience. CTO Round is pathetic. They give Project Presentation Assignment, which takes 2 days to prepare (they should consider that we are not jobless, we are working somewhere, as i am serving notice period) and then out of blue moon, they ask things that is NOT there in JOB DESCRIPTION or in your RESUME. In my case, i have worked on Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Analytical Cloud, and Certified CSM. But CTO said, Oh! you "DO NOT KNOW - Commerce Cloud" and rejected me. Where i have mentioned about myself as Commerce Cloud Expert. CTO is creating his own imagination world that "IF THIS IS THERE & IF THAT IS THERE" in Project Presentation Round. If you want to run Project Presentation Round on your own imagination then why you are giving Project Presentation Assignment when you are not listening to person who has built it. At same time, you Project Presentation Assignment email itself says that you can build whatever platform you are aware of then how COMMERCE CLOUD is in the picture. If so, then you OUGHT TO mention same thing in Project Presentation Assignment email so at least Candidate can save their time as it seems you have leisure time in your hands as CTO.
