Pros

The majority of people there are very kind and work incredibly hard. HR Manager is very supportive.

While some departments view her positively, those who work closely with her, like the project managers, find her extremely difficult to work with. Management shows favoritism and treats certain employees better than others. Additionally, the pay for some positions is below industry standards. The company holds quarterly meetings, but the responsibility for organizing them falls on one person without much support from others. The company has been facing financial challenges for a significant period. In January 2024, they laid off 10% of the workforce and reduced the remaining employees' pay by 10%. However, despite the financial strain, they continued to use company resources for personal expenses such as gas, car repairs, and expensive lunches.

Pros

I’ve been at Image Options for just under a year, and as I’ve stepped into this role, the entire team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive as I continue to grow in the industry. There is a lot to learn, but I genuinely feel like everyone has my back and wants to see me succeed. I really enjoy working for a company that invests in its people.

Kontras

With the recent acquisition, some processes have not been as streamlined as they could be. That said, it is expected when bringing together two companies with different systems and working to build one that everyone can adapt to. It has been improving steadily, and you can see the progress being made.

Pros

I been working at Image Options for some time now. The people here are good and help each other, and the company try to support workers when they can. The new CEO seem like he care and want to grow the business. He talks more honest and open than before, and that make us feel like part of things. That is a good change.

Kontras

The company not perfect. Business goes up and down, sometimes very busy and other times slow. That make it hard to plan or feel stable. Also, things change fast and not always clear how to grow or get raise inside the company. But I see them trying.
