Everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable in the company and position. Company provides growth opportunities. Company culture is huge and everyone is super close. WFH is a plus too!

The people here are representative of a work culture that I so highly appreciate: funny, down-to-earth, team players, smart, caring, and hardworking. Strong emphasis on work-life balance as well.

Working for a smaller company like Ideba can be both a blessing and a challenge: you'll quickly take ownership of a wide range of tasks and projects. This autonomy has been great for me (though it might be daunting for others). Your days will be varied and dynamic- I can also guarantee you they'll always be quite full.
