Frustrating - Medical Professional bei Ideal Image: Mitarbeiterbewertung

It takes an act of congress to get employee treatments which are supposed to be benefits. Have probably gotten 5 over my 3.5 years working here. Scheduled minute to minute and expected to educate, sell, chart, clean rooms all in the appointment time. Very rushed with appointments. Insanely pressured to meet sales quotes even with having an internal sales team the medical professionals are very pressured to be salesmen too. No matter how safe, personable and professional you are if you don’t sale a certain amount you are viewed as a bad employee
