The team is extremely supportive and flexible while still fostering an environment of high-level success which is rare to come across. The CEO is very involved and all of the managers uplift their teams and coach them through difficult situations. HR is always available and responsive, and Glassdoor reviews are encouraged so that the company can continue to grow and adapt to the needs of its employees. Sales people have uncapped OTE and a realistic quota to hit. Great company to work for in any department!
