I dont recommend this company to anyone - Software Developer bei Ictect: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No provident Fund, No benefits for Employees, Too much Micro management, Employers are too cost saving people, they don't trust their employees, they trust outsiders but hate inside employees. Bad attitude of Freshers and new joiners. They deposit cheque of two months and don't return the money, they deduct salaries on small issues. No SDLC and no project management. They don't give proper work to the developers. Senior to lower they all are forced to do everything, No work assignment as per designations. Directors are completely illiterate and don't know how to talk with people. Too much bad sides for this company, so plz don't join it.
